Position Overview: The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of BIM models, including MEP systems, for a variety of technical projects. The BIM Coordinator should have a strong working knowledge of Revit and MEP, as well as BIM, AutoCAD, Construction, Mechanical, Piping, and Sheet Metal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Revit/BIM models, drawing sets, and deliverables.
- Create comprehensive MEP systems in Revit.
- Develop workflows and processes for BIM models that adhere to design standards.
- Assist with coordination of BIM models between architectural, structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
- Develop and maintain schedules for BIM coordination and model development.
- Develop and maintain library of Revit families and content.
- Provide technical support to staff, as needed.
- Perform additional duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Revit and MEP is required.
- Experience with BIM, AutoCAD, Construction, Mechanical, Piping, and Sheet Metal is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
