Business Development Manager

Position Overview
We are recruiting for a well-known law firm that is seeking a Business Development Manager. This candidate is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing customer relationships. 

The right candidate will possess a strong background in private equity and M&A business development and marketing support. This role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies that increase revenue and expand the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships to enhance business growth.
  • Create compelling proposals tailored to the needs of potential clients.
  • Implement and manage CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales data.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms.
  • Network with industry professionals to expand the company's reach and influence.
  • Manage accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Analyze market trends to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong skills in proposal development and strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent market research and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in sales strategy development and lead generation techniques.
  • Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management.
  • Exceptional negotiation and networking abilities.
