Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in business disputes, including contract litigation, partnership disputes, and commercial matters.
Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and legal documents in court.
Conduct legal research, discovery, and depositions.
Manage negotiations and mediation to resolve disputes efficiently.
Develop effective legal strategies and collaborate with the team.
Advocate for clients, ensuring their rights and interests are protected.
Stay updated on legal trends and continuing education.

Qualifications

J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
Active California Bar membership.
5+ years of business litigation experience preferred.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
