Business Litigation Attorney (Hybrid)

Location: Manhattan Beach, CA

Salary Range: $160,000 - $200,000 + Bonuses & Benefits 

Billable Hours: 1,400 per year 

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

About the Firm

A well-established business and real estate law firm with offices in Manhattan Beach and El Segundo is seeking a Business Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic team. The firm prides itself on a collaborative culture, work-life balance, and quality client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in business disputes, including contract litigation, partnership disputes, and commercial matters.
  • Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and legal documents in court.
  • Conduct legal research, discovery, and depositions.
  • Manage negotiations and mediation to resolve disputes efficiently.
  • Develop effective legal strategies and collaborate with the team.
  • Advocate for clients, ensuring their rights and interests are protected.
  • Stay updated on legal trends and continuing education.

Qualifications

  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active California Bar membership.
  • 5+ years of business litigation experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary ($160,000 - $200,000).
