We're seeking an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to help lead and deliver innovative, complex infrastructure and facilities projects across the U.S. From pre-construction through project closeout, you'll play a critical role in the successful execution of major EPC, construction management, and design-build programs.

What You'll Do:
As a Construction Project Manager, you'll be at the center of the action-ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading all phases of project delivery from site mobilization through completion and warranty.
Promoting a top-tier safety culture for all team members and subcontractors.
Driving performance in scheduling, estimating, budgeting, cost control, contracts, and field execution.
Building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
Overseeing all on-site construction operations and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Supporting contract negotiations, procurement strategies, and risk assessments.
Guiding and mentoring project teams while optimizing labor, material, and equipment usage.
Managing project documentation, compliance, and turnover processes.
Collaborating with engineering and commissioning teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
Experience with project management tools, document control, cost tracking, and scheduling systems.
Outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Understanding of contract negotiation, compliance, labor management, and safety standards.
Working knowledge of GAAP and construction financial reporting.
Ability to travel or be based at project sites as needed.
Strong experience with Transmission, Distribution and Substation.
