Electrical Estimator

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Electrical Estimator to join our dynamic team. The primary objective of this role is to provide accurate cost estimates for Commercial Construction projects, ensuring alignment with budgets and project specifications. The Electrical Estimator will work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality estimates that support the successful execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical projects using Accubid software.
Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to develop comprehensive estimates.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements and constraints.
Conduct site visits to evaluate project conditions and assess potential challenges.
Maintain an organized database of historical cost data and estimation practices for reference.
Provide support during the bidding process, including answering questions from contractors and clients.
Regularly review and update estimation methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, with a focus on Healthcare or Data Center projects.
Proficiency in Accubid software for estimating purposes.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
