Electrical Project Manager

Position Overview
The Electrical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage electrical projects from initiation to closure.
Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
Manage project budgets, including cost estimation and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate updates and address any issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrical or construction industry.
Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
