Who you are:

High school diploma or equivalent

Associate degree or technical certification in electrical technology or related field preferred.

Proven experience as an Electrical Technician in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in PLC programming/troubleshooting

Strong understanding of industrial automation, control systems, and electrical components.

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

What you will be doing:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components in accordance with established standards and specifications.

Program, troubleshoot, and maintain Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to ensure optimal performance of automated systems.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and implement process improvements.

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and systems.

Interpret and modify electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.

Diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime and production interruptions.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and repairs.

Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed.
