We are now seeking a strong Construction Estimator for our team!

What you need:

10 + years of experience Estimating in General Construction preferred
5+ years experience in Commercial Construction industry is required
Excellent computer and estimating software program skills
Ability to read and understand project specifications, plans and blue prints, architectural plans and drawings
Experience with materials, quality control, costs and techniques for maximizing project accuracy and profitability
Knowledge of a wide array of building materials in commercial construction

What you will be doing:

As a Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in our company by preparing accurate construction estimates, budgets, and bids for a variety of commercial projects
In this role, we rely on you to ensure work is completed accurately, safely, on time, and according to our standards
Estimate construction costs for a range of commercial projects
Maintain and update a comprehensive cost database
Analyze labor, material, and time requirements to compute project costs
Prepare detailed reports and bids for submission to clients and stakeholders
Develop thorough proposals with clear information and cost breakdowns
Manage multiple estimation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery
Provide efficient and helpful responses to customer inquiries throughout the bidding process
Collaborate with Senior Estimators to review project specifications and drawings
