Position Overview
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health and operations of the St Petersburg location. This role involves managing financial planning, reporting, and analysis, ensuring accurate cost accounting, and supporting strategic initiatives through effective forecasting and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the financial planning and analysis process for manufacturing operations
• Conduct cost accounting and ensure accurate reporting of production costs
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Perform inventory reconciliation and manage inventory-related financial analysis
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in financial forecasting and budgeting processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• CPA certification and experience in FP&A is a plus
• Experience with financial modeling and reconciliation is advantageous
