Job Title: General Superintendent
Location: Saint George, UT
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000

We are seeking a general superintendent who has experience with commercial construction projects, ideally with a general contractor, if that sounds like you, lets connect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and understand project plans and specifications.
- Assist the project management team.
- Create, manage, and track RFIs from the field to the office.
- Maintain project records, and documentation.
- Create and distribute the project schedule in collaboration with the project manager and superintendent.
- Facilitate conflict resolution when necessary.
- Obtain necessary project permits in conjunction with the project manager and owner.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
- Coordinate site safety and document compliance.
- Aid in project closeout.
- Complete other tasks as assigned to support project objectives.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or similar experience in the field.
- Proficiency with project management software, preferably Procore.
- Certifications related to construction management or project management are desirable.
- Proven track record of effective communication and teamwork in a construction setting.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations.
