We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Project Manager to oversee and manage large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy civil construction, including experience with infrastructure projects such as highways, bridges, and underground utilities. The role requires effective leadership, project coordination, and a commitment to achieving project goals on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage heavy civil construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and external partners.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction project management.
Proven experience managing large infrastructure projects, such as highways, bridges, and utilities.
Experience with sewage, drainage, excavation, concrete, asphalt
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
