Job Title: Litigation Attorney
Location: Farmingdale, NY
Salary: $80,000 - $150,000 annually (plus bonus and competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401K)
Requirements: Experience with Municipality Defense Litigation, Civil Rights Defense. Plus: Experience with Employment Law, First Amendment issues, Law Enforcement, and/or Tort Claims. Admission to the New York Bar is required.
Billables: 1800
We are a leading law firm dedicated to serving municipalities, school districts, and other public entities, is seeking a full-time litigation attorney to join our dynamic team in the Farmingdale office. This role offers a unique opportunity to focus on civil litigation defense, with a strong emphasis on defending civil rights matters. The ideal candidate will also handle cases related to employment, First Amendment, law enforcement, tort, and/or land use litigation.
