Position Overview
The Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the engineering team in a manufacturing environment, ensuring that production processes run efficiently and effectively. This role encompasses the supervision of engineering projects, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the engineering team in manufacturing operations.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and resources.
Conduct regular training and development sessions for engineering staff.
Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Assist in the design and development of new products and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
3+ years of proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and practices.
Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD and product development software.
Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
