Mechanical Design Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mechanical systems and components that meet our clients' specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed mechanical designs and specifications for new products and components.
Utilize AutoCAD to create and modify engineering drawings.
Conduct design reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product feasibility and functionality.
Perform calculations and simulations to validate design concepts.
Participate in the creation of design documentation and technical reports.
Implement and maintain design engineering standards and practices.
Support manufacturing and assembly processes by providing engineering assistance and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in mechanical design engineering, with proficiency in AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of design engineering principles and practices.
Familiarity with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GDT) and design failure mode and effects analysis (DFMEA) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
