Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal to join our legal team. The Paralegal will assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings, as well as managing case files and conducting legal research. This role is critical to ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our legal operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and filings
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information
Manage case files and documentation for ongoing legal matters
Assist in the discovery process, including organizing and reviewing documents
Prepare trial materials and evidence for attorney use
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal proceedings
Assist in drafting correspondence and legal briefs
Maintain an organized filing system for case documents and updates

Qualifications

2+ years expereince working with general discovery, deposition, medical abstractions.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in legal studies or a related field
Certification from an ABA-accredited paralegal program preferred
Strong understanding of medical terminology
Excellent research and writing skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
