Job Title: Project Manager/Estimator
Job Location: Addison, TX (Hybrid position)
Job Salary: $70-100k (potential for higher base depending on experience)

We are a rapidly growing industry contractor that is urgently seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join our team! We are open to a variety of industries and experiences for our opening.
The ideal candidates will have a significant background in construction/painting/coating/paving/striping etc. industries, direct estimating, project management, cost estimating, and estimation software.
It will be highly preferred if you are highly autonomous, have previous management background, and/or have worked with painting/coating materials.
- Review project specs, drawings, and documentation for a comprehensive project assessment
- Communicate with stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare cost estimates for projects while considering labor, materials, equipment, etc.
- Maintain proper documentation and project progress, ensuring that all data is accurate and timely.
- Analyze project risks and challenges, and then provide recommendations to all stakeholders to optimize the outcome of the project.
Must Have Skills:
- Construction or other relevant industry backgrounds
- Direct Estimating
- Project Management
- Cost Estimating
- Estimation Software
Nice to Have / Bonus Skills:
- Highly autonomous
