You will be managing, planning, and directing the assigned design and construction team for upcoming commercial projects. You will oversee schedules to ensure all objectives and tasks are accomplished on time or make any adjustments as needed. You will also oversee the day-to-day projects throughout their phases and coordinate with subcontractors to make any necessary adjustments in material, labor, or time.
- 8+ Years in Project Management
- 5+ years in Commercial Construction
- Experience in Healthcare is a plus!
- Salary: $130,000 - $160,000
- Annual Bonuses
- 2 weeks PTO first year, more to be accrued
