Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Plan and develop project scopes, objectives, and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
Monitor and report on the progress of projects and implement any necessary changes to meet objectives.
Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and best practices, especially those outlined by the DOT.
Conduct regular site visits to assess project implementation and address any issues that arise.
Facilitate meetings with team members and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in construction or infrastructure projects.
Proven experience managing projects related to bridges and underground utilities.
Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and interact with stakeholders.
