Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders and management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and building regulations.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project scopes effectively.
Familiarity with QSR, Commercial, Multifamily, Office Buildings, TI, Retail, Warehouse, Distribution Center, Restaurants, Tenant Improvement, Ground Up, and Remodeling projects is a plus.
