Job Title: Senior Estimator OR Estimator
Job Location: Fort Myers, FL
Salary: $140k-$160k + Bonus / Benefits / 401k Match / etc.
Requirements: 6+ Years Experience in a preconstruction / Estimator role. Experience in any of the following projects: Commercial, Industrial (Manufacturing facilities, warehouses) , etc.

Join an established Design/Build General Contractor in Fort Myers that leads $5-$75M commercial and Industrial projects.

They are currently hiring for a full-time / permanent Estimator who will be a key player in ensuring project accuracy and financial efficiency from pre-construction to completion. We do not micromanage. This person will have the autonomy to take ownership of their work while collaborating with a team.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead cost estimation efforts that shape project success, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency from pre-construction to completion
Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
Analyze project requirements and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project budgets.
Perform site assessments to ensure precise cost evaluations.

What You Need for this Position

6+ Years Experience as Construction Estimator projects related to any of the following: Commercial, Industrial, etc.
Proficiency in estimating software
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
