Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between the design team, owner, general contractor, and subcontractors.
Facilitate project communication and address evolving site conditions.
Oversee the RFI and submittal process to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Manage and coordinate all project team resources, including internal and external consultants.
Represent the design team in construction and project closeout activities.
Collaborate with the contractor team to address questions and resolve RFIs promptly.
Schedule and oversee site visits by lead engineers, architects, and consultants.
Ensure effective communication and follow-up during weekly construction meetings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management.
Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect registration preferred (or willingness to pursue licensure).
At least 7 years of experience in engineering, project management, or construction management.
Ability to work on-site with occasional travel.
Authorization to work in the United States.
