Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager to oversee and manage our corporate tax compliance and planning efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tax provision and accounting, ensuring the organization adheres to all tax regulations while optimizing tax liabilities. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to support our financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and review of the corporate tax provision and tax compliance processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all federal, state, and international tax returns.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax efficiencies.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to integrate tax considerations into financial planning and reporting.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and advise on the implications for the organization.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors as necessary.
• Provide guidance and training to junior tax staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• CPA certification is required; ASC certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate tax management or public accounting environment.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP tax accounting and tax provision processes.
• Experience with tax compliance software such as CorpTax or Longview is desirable.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Alteryx.
• Familiarity with global income tax regulations and compliance.
