Tax Senior Associate

Position Overview
The Tax Senior Associate will play a critical role in assisting clients with their tax planning and compliance needs. This position requires a deep understanding of IRS regulations and tax laws affecting individuals and corporations, ensuring that clients are in compliance and maximizing their tax savings. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in accounting principles and internal controls to provide exceptional service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and review of federal and state tax returns for individuals and corporations.
Conduct tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients.
Stay updated on IRS regulations and changes in tax laws that impact clients.
Provide guidance on corporate tax structures and individual tax issues.
Utilize tax software to prepare and analyze tax returns and compliance documents.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding tax matters and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of tax services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA certification or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and planning.
Strong knowledge of IRS regulations and tax laws for both individuals and corporations.
Proficiency in tax software and accounting systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
