Software Engineer - Back End

Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Back End Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing scalable applications and a strong understanding of back-end technologies. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the server-side logic and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests, particularly in the HealthTech and Fintech domains.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain server-side applications using Python and Flask.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Design and implement robust APIs to support various client applications.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Implement security and data protection best practices in application design.
Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in HealthTech and Fintech.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Back End Developer, with a strong portfolio of projects.
Proficiency in Python and experience with Flask framework.
Familiarity with HealthTech and Fintech applications is a plus.
Experience with machine learning models and large language models (LLM) is desirable.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
